Vauxhall Calibra

Introduced on 1989, the Vauxhall Calibra was a sports car from German automaker Opel. It was introduced to counter the Japanese sports coupes of that time. During its existence, Calibra was very popular in the European market and outsold its nearest rivals, however in the United Kingdom, it failed to outsell the Rover 200 Coupé, which offered comparable performance, but without 4WD in the top?of?the?range models.It was known as the Opel Calibra in Europe, the Opel Calibra in the United Kingdom, the Chevrolet Calibra in South America, and the Holden Calibra in Australia and New Zealand.
